“But it is one thing to read about dragons and another to meet them.” ― Ursula K. Le Guin, A Wizard of Earthsea

Dragons are a fantasy staple, but what is a dragon really? Four legs or two? Wings or no wings? If a dragon falls over in the woods and nobody sees it, does it really exist? Join Zen Cho, Ian Green and writing team MK Hardy (Erin and Morag) in the dragons’ den to discuss the finer points of dragon mythology.

Their debut sapphic gothic horror The Needfire comes from Solaris in July 2025. Buy The Needfire.

Erin Hardee (she/her): Erin Hardee is a science educator and outreach worker with a background in evolutionary biology.
